Refund of building permit fees:

The building official shall authorize the refunding of fees as follows per Sec. 8-103(c) of Chapter 8 -BUILDINGS AND BUILDING REGULATIONS of the city code:

(1) No more than 50 percent of the permit fee is refunded when no work has been done under a permit issued. Surcharge fees are nonrefundable.

(2) Written application must be filed with the City of Converse by the original permitted no later than 90 days from permit issuance.
